Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your session receive the full amount applied to a new session date. Because each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, deposits for sessions cancelled within 72 hours are non-refundable and may not be applied toward another date. Packages are offered at a reduced rate as a commitment to your ongoing progress. Once your first session has been completed, the package is considered active and is non-refundable. If you need to pause your progress for any reason, unused sessions may be rescheduled or used within 180 days of purchase. After 180 days, any remaining sessions expire.
