After having been in the fitness industry for over a decade, she is uniquely qualified to assist with weight loss and fitness goals. She was previously a personal trainer, fitness photographer, and recipe developer for the supplement company EFX Sports. She has many resources to assist with weight loss and fitness goal achievement that go beyond hypnosis, however it should start with hypnosis and other behavioral techniques since mindset is everything. Without the right programming, the computer does not know what to do. What initiated her joining the fitness industry was quitting smoking. As a former smoker that grew up in a family of heavy smokers, she is also qualified from personal experience to assist with smoking cessation.

She has been certified in Hypnotherapy (IACT/Good Vibes), past life regression (Good Vibes), and pain management (AHA/HMI).

"I was a bit skeptical about the validity of hypnosis until I tried it myself. And not all hypnosis specialists are the same, so you can't generalize and say that because you tried using hypnosis for X, Y, or Z in the past, but didn't feel like it was valuable, that hypnotherapy as a whole is invalid.

Being a competitive powerlifter, I push my body to precarious limits. I personally suffer from inherent biomechanical and health issues that cause me a lot of pain, reducing my ability to function.

After learning about the potential benefits hypnosis could offer me, I decided to try Helix Hypnosis to see if that might help with my pain level, and/or improve my performance in any way.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that hypnosis could indeed help me with both of those goals. The level of chronic pain became less of a disruptive factor in all facets of my life.

Furthermore, my strength and athletic performance increased, to such a level that I managed to set a new state deadlifting record, lifting 639.2 lbs. at age 50, weighing 190 lbs.

The mind is a powerful tool. Hypnosis practiced optimally, seems to recalibrate the perception of your mind, having a profound impact on your mental and physical well being.

I would strongly recommend Helix Hypnosis to anyone looking to improve their, physical, mental, or spiritual well being."
