It can be done either way, and each way has advantages.
When a past life regression is done virtually, you have the advantages of not having to drive and deal with traffic and parking, you save time & gas money, you have access to therapists all over the world so your choices are virtually unlimited, you have a better map of your house in your head in case you have to get up and use the facility-you will be groggy, you have your own bed or chair to lay on, and you have your preferred food and drink available for after.
When a past life regression is done in person, you don’t have to mess around with technology which is not always perfect (it has gotten a LOT better since 2020), if you have a lot of chaos at your place then their office will be calmer, you have the therapist right there to hand you tissues if your heart chakras open and the tears start rolling, and you have the bonus of having in-person company which in this remote working world does enrich the soul.
So really it boils down to which option works best for you!
